The game opens with Jak and Daxter, the main protagonists, and their guardian Samos, watching as Keira—Samos’ daughter and Jak’s love interest—demonstrates the Rift Rider and Precursor Rift Gate they discovered in the previous game. Upon activation, the Rift opens a portal, unleashing an ominous atmosphere and a monstrous creature. Jak quickly launches the Rider through the gate, narrowly avoiding the beast. Separated from Keira and Samos, Jak and Daxter find themselves in Haven City, a divided and dystopian metropolis. Upon arrival, they are separated, and Jak is captured by the Krimzon Guard, the city’s military force.

While imprisoned, Jak is subjected to experiments involving Dark Eco under the orders of the city’s ruthless leader, Baron Praxis. Jak, along with other prisoners, is part of a project called Operation: Dark Warrior, in which Dark Eco is injected into them to grant superhuman abilities for use in the city’s war against the monstrous Metal Heads. Jak is the only prisoner to survive the brutal experiments, but the transformation leaves him both mentally and physically altered. He gains the ability to transform into a deadly, monster-like form, though it is triggered by random, uncontrolled spasms.

Once Jak II is finished, right click on the .zip (or .rar & .iso) file and click ‘Extract to Jak II’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from softwares.
Double click inside the Jak II and run the pcsx2-1.6.0-setup application. Follow through the first time configuration. You will be asked to Select a BIOS rom. Click on ‘Open in Explorer’ and you will now see an empty folder. Navigate to the ps2_bios folder, highlight and copy all the files. Right click and paste the files in the empty folder. Click ‘Refresh list’ and now you will see multiple BIOS languages to choose from. Click ‘USA’ and click FINISH.
Afterwards, to run the game:
-Go to CDVD > Iso Selector > Browse
-Select the ‘Jak II’ file.
-Now go to System > Boot CDVD (full)
-Done! Enjoy
